Introduction

Central Railway Recruitment is carried out for candidates, for a position in the Railway Recruitment Cell. It is a brilliant opportunity for candidates who are sincere and driven, for filling up various posts at designated trades in various workshops/units under the Apprentices’ Act, 1961.

Post Vacancies with the last date to apply

There are different post vacancies under different eligibility criteria. There are a total of 2532 apprentices vacancies. Various vacancy trades are for fitter, carpenter, welder, tailor, painter, electrician, machinist, programing and systems administration assistant, laboratory assistant, etc. 

Selection Process

Candidates will apply online on the official website by filling the application form. It is require to attach photographs, signatures, and details, along with the form. The merit list will be prepare based on the percentage of marks in matriculation and ITI marks in relevant trades. 

Then, the candidates will be select on the merit of this list equally.

The last date for applying is 5th march, 2021.

The application fee is Rs. 100 for general and OBC candidates. There is no fee for SC/ST/PWD and women candidates.

Payscale for Central Railway Recruitment

Any stipend or salary will be provide as per the Apprentice Act, 1961.

Eligible candidates can apply in the format prescribed. They will fill the application form, and mail the duly signed application form along with scanned photographs, and photocopy of required documents to dmrc.project.rectt@gmail.com

Eligibility Criteria

Students clearing the following eligibility criteria will be up for selection in the CRR 2021 with the following general qualification-

  • The candidate must be a citizen of India, subject of Nepal/Bhutan, Tibetian refugee, or a person of Indian origin.
  • The candidate must have completed 15 years of age and should not have completed 24 years of age.
  • Should have cleared 10th class or equivalent to matriculation with a minimum of 50% of marks.
  • and possess a National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training or Provisional Certificate issued by National Council for Vocational Training / State Council for Vocational Training.
